Hello all. Newbie Here. Virtualization question

I'm preparing for the window 10 msca and am trying to familiarize myself with virtualization. The last time I used it was in a classroom environment but of course I get home and try to run it on my Windows 10 computer and of course I figure out there is no SLAT. I was trying to use Hyper-V Manager and was wondering if there are any workarounds for this issue. All I'm trying to do is become familiar with how it works. Thanks for your help!:)
