clarson Member Posts: 903 ■■■■□□□□□□the first router has a vpn aim card install and the second one doesn't. That is why the first one has the aim light on.
the version you already have is pretty good, c1841-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T7.bin.
don't know what your access to IOS images is, but c1841-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M5.bin is the latest and greatest -
sam88 Member Posts: 60 ■■■□□□□□□□I am not able to find the ios that you have mentioned. However I uploaded the below mentioned IOS.

clarson Member Posts: 903 ■■■■□□□□□□one I listed is "m5" version and the one that you loaded is "m6" version. So, you cant do better than that.
-
sam88 Member Posts: 60 ■■■□□□□□□□However, I'm not able to upgrade the ios on 2nd 1841(with Aim module). Request timed out.

clarson Member Posts: 903 ■■■■□□□□□□probably because there isn't enough space on the compact flash to load the new version of the ios. So, check how much space is available on your compact flash. the above information says the compact flash size is 64mb and the ios version is about 46mb. So, cant be much on the flash. and, of course, it can't be a 32mb flash. and, also, if there isn't at least 256mb of ram, the ios isn't going to load either.

sam88 Member Posts: 60 ■■■□□□□□□□I had deleted the flash from my router. Currently it's on rommon mode. Today will check the space. I will share with you.
