Information Technology Officer?

I was just browsing LI and noticed a few roles for a Chief Technology Officer. Now, as an Information Security Officer, the leadership would be naturally be a CISO. However, I've never seen an Information Technology Officer position posted.

Would anyone know as to why this is?:
