They're not available for public use. You pretty much have to work at Cisco or a Cisco partner

Agree with Iris ^^
Maybe ask your company for a VIRL license? That way you can get all the images you need and either use VIRL for the year or use something like EVE-NG.

No worries, I am waiting out for Cyber Monday to see if they have any discounts on VIRL..then I can spin it up on my new system a time home

I agree with others, you can easily get access to them with VIRL even on the defunct student account.
