IPv6
We all know it is coming, but has anyone heard of a timeframe that IPv6 will be implemented? 
Tech Support: "Ok, so your monitor is not working, the screen is blank, and no matter what you do it stays blank? Do you see that button on the bottom right hand side just below the screen? Press it. . . . Great, talk to you next time!"

Much of Europe and Asia are already using it. The big ISP's here in the States are ready for it and using some features of it in many cases, though invisibly to the end user. You may be specifically wondering about the assignment of IPv6 addresses - in which case I have no idea. The DoD is looking at implementing it (infrastructure only) by FY08 but without advanced features.All things are possible, only believe.
