WGU for Canadians

Hi all,

I went to a local college for an information technology degree about 6 years ago. The school was a for profit and I made a terrible choice going there. I'm currently employeed full time and cannot leave for school because of bills.

I know WGU is for the US only but i have seen people say they do sometimes select people from Canada?

If this is true what determines if a Canadian gets accepted?
