From reading that resume, it seems too generic. What position are you wanting to apply to? Are you just going to use that resume to apply to many job postings that you like? If so, you need to modify it, remove the Education part as they don't need to know you graduated HS in 2003. There are 3 things you want to work on in order to get into "that" field of choice.
1) Education - get an associates or higher, 2) Certifications - specific to the industry, 3) Experience - start at the lower end of the spectrum and work your way to the higher end. It seems you're lacking in the #1 and #2, the experience seems alright if you would like to continue in an IT Team Lead type of role...

The purpose of a resume is to get you a job. It does this in two ways: 1st by showcasing what you can do and 2nd by not having poor info that would otherwise eliminate you.
Pros: Not more than two pages. Multiple jobs with more than two-years of history (showing you aren't a job-hopper)
Con: You have a ton of bullets. Get rid of them and write in paragraphs. Bullets are fine for skills, not for job descriptions. Get rid of the "education" section. If all you can showcase is a HS diploma, don't bother, it will hurt more than help. You also indicate when you got it, which tells me how old you are. Fortunately, that's a neutral age but get in the habit of not including it so you don't get discriminated based on age in the future.
Give me a summary, what do you want to do and how does it fit with what I need? Tailor it to EVERY SINGLE job you apply for. As a hiring manager, I want people who are focused on completing the task. If you're out of work and being lazy, how well will you work when you have a job?
I agree with previous comments that more education and more certifications will help but that's for the future. This is what you have to work with today. You should definitely stick with the most recent-first job format.

I disagree with getting rid of the bullets. Some of them at a bit generic and are not needed. But if a received a resume and had to read paragraphs to figure out what you did in a position I would move on to the next resume. I'll go in to detail in my second viewing, but my first pass-through is fast and I wont read paragraphs to figure out if the resume is worth my time.

Thank you all for taking the time to post.
I am currently still employed and I do understand that lack of education/certificates are not working in my favor. With my hectic work schedule and current financial situation, school is not an option for the time being. However, I do plan on working to get some certs during 2018. I just bought the Humble Bumble book bundle to get me started.
I will make some adjustments including removing the education section as well as typing out a summary. I spoke with my IT manager and he recommended keeping the bullet points as they allow for quick skimming of the resume. I will post up with the revised version once I make adjustments.

Monster.com does free Resume critiques. They may give you a juicy tidbit that you can add. I normally wouldn't rep them but they did give me a solid thing to add. Here is a sample..
