I would like to really start actively looking for a new position in the new year. I want to get into Security maybe as an analyst. I get calls for a lot of entry level help desk positions and not sure what I can do to change that.

Get rid of the planned certifications. Hiring managers want to see qualifications and accomplishments not plans. Some people like them, some hate them but I'm not a fan of the "sea of bullet points" approach, I prefer writing about accomplishments in paragraphs. The only two paragraphs you had, the two at the top, were a bunch of fluff.
