Looking for Opinions on the best system back up service.

A side business of mine is offering managed Back up services to small to medium sized organizations im currently using Cloud berry wondering if anyone else have any recommendations?

I'm also interested in this question as I am working on offering similar services. I have one client set up with carbonite now. Kinda expensive, but they already had been paying and just didn't have any of the configuration correct so nothing was being backed up.

I've heard good things about crashplan as well. Sounds like it provides a lot of configuration options.
