Does anyone know what ports does Microsoft Active Directory uses when its configured to work with Radius or TACAS+? I would also like to know how is that process configured do you configure that on the Windows Server GUI or Is it done in the AAA configuration on the network device.

Radius use port 1812 and 1813 one for authentication and the other for accounting. Tacacs+ uses port 49.

Active Directory doesn't use TACACS+ at all. It's a Cisco proprietary protocol.

That being said, if you want to use Windows Server as a RADIUS server, you install and configure the Network Policy and Access Services role, or IAS if you're still rocking 2000 or 2003. You can also install a 3rd party RADIUS server such as FreeRADIUS or TekRADIUS. If you're going with the Microsoft solution, here's a how-to on Technet. You'll find a lot of blogs covering it too if you search.
