Cissp job description and domain matching

am currently filling my endorsement form. can i fill more than one domain in a single job history especially where my task cuts across more than one domain or i have to separate them into each domains.

Of course, when I completed my endorsement form 2 month ago, I just put 2 job entry. Described the job and put the 3 applicable domain.
