Do you want to work with administration or programming of SQL Server? -

70-764 + 70-765 = MCSA SQL administration
70-761 + 70-762 = MCSA SQL Development, MCSE Data mgmt&analytics
70-765 is the easiest one, whereas the other three are pretty hard.
70-764 and 70-762 exams have common area called in 764 "Manage and monitor SQL Server instances" and in 762 "Optimize database objects and SQL infrastructure"; of course exam questions are not the same.
In my opinion it is a good idea to study both for SQL server administration and SQL db development
