Free Training on MCDST

Has any one used the free Training from Microsoft. Is this enough for the exams?

I havent used it so i cant comment but in my opinion you cant be to prepared, study and when you think your ready study some more to make sure. Its up to each person but with the cost of the exams etc i would rather know i know it rather than think i know it.
