AWS Certiified Cloud Practioner vs. System Solutions Architect Associate - Which One?

Question for the forum
I'm an IT PM and want to increase my knowledge on the cloud. I'm looking to do an AWS certificate to help with that, but I'm not sure which certification to choose. I see that AWS has the CCP exam which could help give me surface-level knowledge about cloud and AWS offerings but want to know if I should just dive straight into the SAA exam since it will provide me with a more in-depth technical dive. Seeing as how I don't deal with technical operations as much anymore, which one is it that you would choose?
Also, can someone on the forum recommend a similar path for Azure it would be great
Thanks
