According the training provider who offered the ITIL Intermediate course and exam, they said the results will be announced on the Peoplecert portal within a week which I need to logon to. Since the exam was done at a training provider on site, it was paper based. When I went to the Peoplesoft website, it says once the training provider sends of the exam sheets off, it will take 2 business days for the results to be on the portal.
Anyone done their exam through an ATO who uses Peoplecert as an exam board, got there's within 2 business days, or did you have to really wait up to a week?
Also, I understand that the certificate is electronic only. It doesn't say how much it cost to get sent a physical copy. How much is it for a physical copy?
