What was the hardest easiest cert and vice versa?

Easiest S+. I have no clue why this is so highly regarded in DoD. I passed it on short notice.

Hardest CIPT2. The multi site, multi-cluster cisco voice exam. The technologies covered were things not usually used in most environments so a lot of labbing was required
