WINS & NetBIOS on exam??

I don't see anything on the syllabus about WINS or NetBIOS, but my Syngress book has about 150 pages on the topics?? I know MS is trying to rid itself of the protocols, so backwards compatability is the only reason I see for testing the subjects. Anyone have any more info on this?? Thanks.

not heavy, but it's in there, it's sort of like they think its a "given" that you will know it...
