Cisco SSFIPS 500-285 exam not available?

Hey guys, I was looking in to signing up for the SSFIPS exam but whenever I go to the page for it, I get an error. I know there are no prereqs for the exam since its not an actual Cisco certification, so I am wondering if maybe they don't offer it anymore?

Works here. Local testing center has spots open as soon as Monday

I submitted a request to verify my company and upgrade my account to a partner account. Once the request was approved, I was finally able to view the page for the exam. So I'm thinking that this exam isn't available to just anyone?
