Beginning ITILv3 Foundation study
Ugly-051
So I’ve just began studying for the ITILv3 Foundation Exam in service engagement. I’m working through the book in the URL below and wondering if anyone else has used this book?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Passing-your-foundation-Management-Practice/dp/0113313551/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_t_2/259-2964064-6131515?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=AWF43D46SB76XH4HCVJ2
I believe this book covers up to 2009 so not sure if I’ll end up missing anything?
I’m also using bits of the below book but only as a reference as I find it way too deep at the beginning:

The second book is excellent, I highly recommend it. We used it as our textbook and our pass rates were in the 90%+ pass rate. Read the book through, hitting each end-of-chapter quiz, then when you finish the book, go through all of the end-of-chapter questions (I believe the end-of-chapter questions are in the test engine you can download from the Sybex site).
