Comparison of Foundations6 exam to DCV6?
takenforgranite
I too am one of the legion of folks to catch the last rides with Stanly. I am currently reading Mastering VMWare vSphere 6 by Nick Marshall and hoping to get done with both tests in the next 6 weeks.
I know that the Foundations is unproctored and “open book”, but to those that have done both recently- If I can do the Foundations without any external reference, should I be ok on the DCV6?
If not, what were the major differences?
Thanks!

The VCP exam has it's own objectives and question set.
You can compare the objectives from the exam guide documents, accessible from these pages:

in the webpages scott mentioned earlier, there are quite several diferences about foundation exam and the DCV6 exam. i would not recoment the DCV6 without actually doing your labs, since it seems to be quite extensive in each objective, and not just comprehension like the other one.
