Passed comfortably today. Here was my study plan:
- I took 6 weeks to prepare of the exam; utilizing 1 hour per day or 2 hours per day on weekends. I would read the Kindle book on my phone to fill time (rest room, doctor's office, oil change, etc). About 50 hours of study.
- Resources
1. Udemy course "CompTIA CySA+ (CS0-001): Complete Course and Practice Exam" https://www.udemy.com/comptiacsaplus/learn/v4/overview
2. ITProTV "CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)" https://itpro.tv/
3. (Pearson) Kindle CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CSA+) Cert Guide by Troy McMillian, 1st edition, 2017 (amazon.com) https://www.amazon.com/CompTIA-Cybersecurity-Analyst-Guide-Certification-ebook/dp/B071KL7SMM/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1523394479&sr=1-1&keywords=pearson+comptia+cybersecurity+analyst
- Once you start getting around 80% on the practice tests *consistently* (my metric was 3 in a row), you're ready
