I'll be direct. If you are not L2 or L3 qualified do not waste your time applying. The team has plenty of L1 talent and is in need of experienced analysts who are SME's.

If you meet the requirements and have questions feel free to PM me.

    What does L2/L3 and SME mean?

    SME = Subject Matter Expert

    Layer 1 = Typically the first line, picking up the phone. Asking "have you tried rebooting your workstation?" A basic generalist to handle the average clueless user.
    Layer 2 = Clueless tech didn't solve the problem with their prepared scripts so the ticket goes to a specialist in the technology.
    Layer 3 = Last stop before kicking it to the vendor (there is no layer 4). Sometimes called engineering, this is the crew that everyone depends on. Tier 2 knows how to use Google, Tier 3 sometimes writes answers on internet forms for other groups to reference.
