APPLE Certification Steps

Hi folks,
I`m interest to make part of selected people that repair mac's around the world.
Here where I live we don't have apple care support tech's so I saw a great opportunity to me.
But, I'm from brazil and see some problems to make, just because has no one here that completed this course or have this certification.
I called today to apple care and in brazil no one could help me, because this apple care doesn't have trainning department in brazil or I don't know.
So I find the apple care technician official course by 299,00$ but I cant validate because the box only can be sent to EUA, can someone help with some step by step to make this course?
