Custom domains on GitHub Pages gain support for HTTPS
Mooseboost
I host my blog on GitHub Pages and for the longest time have had to do a CDN dance for HTTPS support that made it not worth it for a custom domain.
It looks like they have made the process easier now and they officially offer support for it now.
