Free Retake?

I'm reviewing this forum and noticed that several of you had free retakes?

I'm about to schedule my exam and want to have that option available to me as I don't really do well on tricky multiple choice tests. However the Pearson VUE is not providing me with that option? Is there another site or a promo code that offers that?
