Fee for rescheduling CISSP exam?

Am I reading this right, if you need to reschedule the CISSP exam, there is a fee of $50 USD?

Yes, indeed, that was correct.

[h=3]Reschedule Policy[/h]If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 24 hours prior to your exam appointment. Rescheduling an exam less than 24 hours is subject to a same-day forfeit exam fee. Exam fees are also forfeited for no-shows. There is a $50 fee for exam reschedules.

That is correct. I've had to reschedule twice thus far. The first time I had to call, and it was not a fun experience. The second time (I really don't believe this option was available before) you can log into the website and reschedule from there. There you can even change your test center. You will still be charged $50, there is no way around it. I did the math and I'd rather spend $50 to have more time than $700 to take it again.

I rescheduled my CISSP exam and it was $50 well spent. No point trying to save 50 bucks if you feel you’re not 100% ready.
