Hiring Managers,I'm looking for recommendations for boutique/specialty recruiting firms in which you've had positive experiences when looking for IT auditors. We all know the recruiting space is way too crowded with sub-par companies and individuals pushing out junk. The recruiting firm/recruiter needs to get "it." Someone that applies a good filter, knows what really matters in the IT audit space, and only passes along quality resumes.Thank you in advance for any suggestions you provide.

I've heard good things about Alta Associates which is on that list.

When I use a recruiter, I use a friend that has a recruiting firm. He's not a boutique shop but he gives me a great deal.
