CISM QAE database vs Manual 9th edition

Hello,

Is the Question, Answers and explanation database the same as the the question, answer and explanation manual 9th edition?
I'm prepping for CISM exam using the official ISACA study guide and looking to also get the All-In-One exam guide by Peter Gregory.

One word of advice, just use the DB. It’s all you’ll need to pass the exam.
