WLC 2504 and Tacacs.net

Hi Guys
Is possible to setup Cisco WLC to use free tacacs.net for authentication? I have been struggling new customer we are looking after and they use tacacs.net , we installed a new Controller and a couple of AP's and need to add the controller on tacacs.net but no joy getting authentication failed error in the controller debugs. i know with tac_plus you have to setup roles how does it work with tacacs.net if at all ?
