Linux admin's, a question or 2

Out of curiosity...

If you are a Linux admin of any kind weather it be FRR, data center, security or anything..

What daily tasks are you performing?

Not a *nix admin but work closely with a team of them.

Their time is split between many efforts:

• Projects (new server builds, application deployments, major changes)
• Business as usual changes (a myriad of things here)
• Answering queries from other teams (like mine, security, "hey can you grab this log...?")
• Acting as SME's in project calls
• Responding to trouble tickets (usually with other teams)
• Building run levels, gold images, etc...

Sorry its high level, but better than nothing.
