I'd be pretty hesitant about adding that to my resume. On the plus side it saves space by putting in that you're CSIE certified as opposed to listing all the CompTIA security certs. However, the stackable certs is still pretty new so I'm not sure how many people would know what that is, especially a hiring recruiting that is quickly scanning through hundreds of resumes. They tend to look for key well known words.

No one is going to know what it is, let alone ask for it. I'm leaving it off and listing them out individually.

If you wanna pad you can list both. I would never take off the base certs though, since they're what HR/search engines are looking for.

Most resume that I look at do not have any logo. You don't need it.

I think they're stupid and would not put one on a resume or even LinkedIn. To me, they're like listing a completed edX course on a resume.
    A+, Network+, CCNA, LFCS,
    Security+, eJPT, CySA+, PenTest+,
    Cisco CyberOps, GCIH, VHL,

Nope not going on my resume.

Seems like CompTIA marketing to get people to take multiple certs.
