Probably just me doubting what I saw now (still find it pretty weird how you can't get some kind of print out screen on the day) but from what I remember it said Preliminary PASSED. Just to be sure- if you fail the exam does it say FAILED or Preliminary not PASSED. Just want to be clear I actually read it right haha.

In case of failing an exam you will get a clear information of FAIL.

Yes, the pass is a pass unless the exam centre thinks you cheated. not likely.
Its a painful wait, but you will get an email.....eventually. Up to 10 days common.
