how to change to stp priority in 1900 sw and 2900,2950

How do i change the stp priority in 1900 sw, Is this command correct?

spanning-tree priority 1-65535 (the lower the priority elected as root bridge)

also if you can give the 2900 and 2950 I would gladly appreciated.

Is there a command spanning-tree cost in STP? I mixed up the ip ospf cost and the spanning-tree value. can anyone give me the values, my exam is near I am schedule on june 8.

please help
