OSWE/AWAE alternatives?

So I'm a security engineer who really wants to learn more about hacking web interfaces. I've already done the OSCP and really like Offensive Security certs, but going to Blackhat to take the OSWE/AWAE just isn't an option, and I have no idea when or if it'll be available online.

SANS courses are also not possible at the moment; are there any other useful web certs or courses that I can do to help me learn more about web hacking?
