Hello guys,
I just joined the website and need some information. I'm currently in school for computer networking (was in electronics). I want to start with a A+ cert. Do all you guys have jobs in this field and if yes, how are they and hows the pay?! The main question is how do I get my foot in the door making decent cash?

It is generally agreed upon that A+ is the entry-level cert that you want to get before anything else. After A+, you follow your own (or someone else's) path, such as.. A+-->Network+--->Security+..etc.. I would say your ultimate goal would be somewhere between CCIE and MCSE..depends on what sub-area of IT you want to specialize in.
