Cost of certification? Stanly still viable?

Hello, I have been trying to find a straight answer so I figured I'd just ask. Is the Stanly course still a viable option to get a cert? Does the $186 course still meet the requirements(I know they recommend 2 courses now)? And what is the discount from Stanly?
