Different timestamp when not logged in

Hi!!

I noticed the timestamps on posts are different when you're not logged in. Here's a screenshot of a post from my desktop while I'm logged in:

And here's a screenshot of the same post from my phone when I'm not:

Once I log in on my phone the timestamps displayed are correct.

@Qord Got an answer for you:

User's who aren't logged in are viewing content at the default timezone, which is currently set to UTC. When users log in, they see the timestamps based on where they are logging in from.

Does that make sense?
