CEH should have formal training to pass?

Guys, I have no money to pay the training on CEH. Currently, I am working as network administrator for 6 yrs in the IT industry. Can i pass CEH wthout formal training just by self studying?

If you have lab for practise with using CEH CD Tolls no problem in studying for the exam.

Yes, you can pass the CEH exam by self-studying.

Although, unless they have changed the test significantly, you're going to need to purchase the self-study kit from EC-Council. I'm not sure you could thoroughly cover all the material if you went solely with other sources.
