Entry-level Network/Telecom jobs?

Is there any likelihood that I can find a Network-type job that's entry-level without having a Network+ or CCNA?

Actually, I'm not even sure what jobs are available as entry-level. I've been fed up looking for Cybersecurity roles with unrealistic requirements.

If it helps any, I'm currently in the NOVA region of the states.

My focus back in university wasn't networking/telecom but security and I recently passed the CISSP.

I don't have anything else under my belt aside from filling sides.

Any help?

As a first job with a firm? Probably not. It would be possible if you were a Federal contractor and showed you knew the material and the contractor moved you into the role but it's highly unlikely to happen out of the gate without a cert or experience.
