Project: IPTV setup

hi guys, 

im trying to optimise my home IPTV and need some professional advice.
I am in Australia and my service providers server is in Europe. Sometimes the device freezes and when i watch a main sporting event it buffers hard and crashes, i know thats because millions are watching but wanted to see if there was things i could do to make to better.

I have listed below my hardware preferials. Hope you guys can help?!? Thanks
