I work a help desk job but my roles are NOC related. I haven't had prior experience working in an enterprise environment so everything about my job is essentially foreign to me. I know where I can find info on working with active directory or troubleshooting network issues, but I have no idea where I can learn more about backups. My main role is to monitor client backups and troubleshoot if they fail. Are there any books out there or any online videos that you all know of that teaches the ins and outs of how to administer backups in an enterprise environment?
Hopefully this isnt that stupid of a question...but I have to start somewhere.
Thanks guys.

Of course, product specific training would be the other thing you should pursue.
