Scoring on A+ tests
aikendm
Passed my A+ Core today. Got 1041. Not sure how this scoring works, but i didnt get any questions wrong. (only answered 20). Why wouldn't I have gotten a 1300 if i answered them correctly? More points for harder questions? What is the average score? Just curious.
Thanks....

Congrats on the pass!
Getting only 20 questions doesn't necessarily mean you've got everything correct... it just means there is no need to test you any further since you obviously know your stuff

Excellent score! Congrats!

If you had gotten them all correct you still wouldn't have been able to hit 1300. Your report tells what areas you missed questions in. If it doesn't say anything then you got as high as you could have for that set of questions. WTG!

Doesn't show any wrong answers. Thanks for the responses guys!

I don't even think it's possible to score 1300. In order to get a score that high you would have to answer all the questions correctly, but if you did that you would never reach question 30.
