I recommend studying for, and taking the 698 exam first because about 50% of the 697 exam objectives are still based on Windows 10 itself. This includes updates, networking, permissions, group policy, storage, etc. While not necessarily the same questions, I did notice that some of the same topics came up in 697 that were on 698 when it came to Windows 10. The other half of the exam is basically Office 365, Intune and some Azure. If you can take and confidently pass 698 then you will be in a good spot for 697. I personally feel most of the weight for scoring is on Office 365, Intune and Azure for 697 so when you look at your strengths and weaknesses on your score card, if it's with those products, then that's where you should really focus and not on Windows 10 material.

malachi1612 Member Posts: 430 ■■■■□□□□□□I only saw one question to do with Windows 10 when I did 697 back in 2017, it was all cloud based material and saw no overlap with 698.
