Studying for 902 - OS Install clarification

Can anyone explain to me why a USB 3.0 flash drive would be faster than a network based PXE installation on a 100Base-T network with multiple systems needing fresh OS installs? I can take a guess, but I want to make sure I understand the concepts before I take my exam

    Possibly because usb 3.0 can go as fast as 5 gbps where as 100base t Ethernet can download at 1gbps. I'm not 100 percent sure that's what their looking for though bud.
