American Certification Institute...International Project Manager...is it legit?

Co-worker pointed me in the direction of the american certification institute for their international project manager certification. I honestly have never heard of them. Doing some quick google searches it seems they are owned by a larger company that specialized in seminars and training. Any one have any experience with them? Are they legit or fake?

In my opinion, a so-called "premiere professional certification institute well-known in the United States and the world" would have put at least one video on Youtube in the 20+ years they've been around. As it stands, the American Concrete Institute has them beat by a mile. And this is coming from an institute that offers a "certified marketing professional" cert.
