MCSE: Core Infrastructure requirements help

I already have MCSA 2012 and MCSE 2012 Cloud Platform through the 413/414 exams, why do I not have a MCSE: Core Infrastructure as well? Just having the MCSA and either the 413 or 414 should be enough according to the requirements
