Certification Planner doesn't work

I've been trying to access Certification Planner from my dashboard but get this:

The service received an unexpected response. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please wait a moment and then try again. If the problem persists please contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center

Is it the same for everyone?
