I've noticed A LOT of software engineering and database (DBA) profiles that have quite a few short term efforts. I'm talking 3 months rolling into a 6 months into 3 months then 3 years etc... A pattern like that. I also noticed analyst roles aren't quite as "hoppy" but still have several short termed efforts. For instance myself I have 2 3 month efforts embedded with 3 years, 2 years and another 2 years. Does this synch up with your findings?
On the SA and NE I don't see this as much, more stable efforts.
