I don't think so. If you look in the terms, it says:

YOU MAY: (a) install and run the Software on only one computer or workstation solely for your personal and non-commercial use, and (b) make one (1) copy of the Software for backup purposes only.

Not supposed to, but yes it does allow you to. I had it on my desktop before I found that I needed a more mobile solution and installed it on my Surface. All personal use for myself, though.

You can, yes.

As I was told, it's in TOS but they choose not to enforce it.

Great,,have it on my desktop in my home office,,wanted it mobile on my laptop,,all for my own use,,thanks for the input.
