News is starting to spread of the breach that occurred between Jan 1 and March 28 regarding personal and non-paid corporate accounts with Microsoft Outlook, however, some sources are claiming the attack lasted for 6 months instead of 3! Remember to change your passwords!

It's not just "personal" accounts, it's accounts that aren't paid corporate accounts. If they heard the term "personal", many small firms won't immediately make the intuitive leap that their free business hotmail account was also at risk. There are possible HIPPA and GPDR implications.
